The Valley Inn & Suites’s 48 rooms feature clean, comfortable accommodations, convenient amenities, and depending on the size of your group, a room or suite to fit your needs. From Parlor rooms with either King or Queen beds to Two Bedroom Suites featuring a two-burner stove, full-size refrigerator, and spacious sitting area, many of our rooms accommodate up to six people, and all offer a comfortable space to relax after a busy day of exploring the great White Mountain region.

Waterville Valley and the Valley Inn & Suites have a unique offering that makes your stay so much more fun – it is called the Freedom Pass! This is a shuttle service and awesome amenities that are included with your room. Things include are an Athletic Club, Golfing, Boat rentals a Shuttle Service and so much more… Activities vary by season.
Rooms
Parlor King & Queen Rooms
Our Parlor King rooms have one king bed and a queen sofa bed in the sitting area. Our Standard Parlor Queen rooms have two queen beds and a sitting area. All units are equipped with a small refrigerator. Both units styles sleep up to 4 people. Rooms have a TV.
Premium Parlor Suite
In addition to the amenities in the parlor suites, the premium suites include kitchenettes with microwave, a 2 burner stove-top and full size refrigerator along with all necessary dishware. The sitting area has couch that pulls out to queen size bed and the queen size bedroom area is separated from the living area with French doors. Sleeps up to 4 people. Rooms have a TV.
Premium Townhouse
Watervliie Valley Lodging
In addition to the amenities in the Townhouses, the premium townhouses include kitchenettes with microwave, stove-top and full size refrigerator along with all necessary dishware. The upstairs bedroom has 2 queen size beds and a TV. The downstairs has an additional TV with cable and DVD player along with a queen size pull out couch, sitting area and a dining table tucked into the bay window facing the beautiful mountain views. All units have 2 bathrooms, one’s a full bath featuring a whirlpool jetted tub, and the other is a spacious 3/4 bath. Sleeps up to 6 people.
Townhouse
A two story suite on our top floor. Downstairs includes a sitting area with pull-out double sofa bed, wet bar, small refrigerator, microwave, TV with cable, a private bath with whirlpool tub, and air conditioning. A unique second level includes private bath with shower and two queen beds. Sleeps up to 6 people.
Two Bedroom Suites
Our Two Bedroom Suites include a master bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds. The Suite also has a spacious living area with a queen sofa bed , two bath rooms featuring whirlpool jetted tubs, a dining room, and a full kitchen with a microwave, stove, dishwasher, and a full size refrigerator, TV.
Executive Suites
Our beautifully appointed Executive Suites include a master bedroom with a king bed and private bath with a spacious spa like shower. The Suite also has a spacious living area that includes a queen sized sofa bed, a dining room, and a kitchenette with a microwave, two burner cook-top stove, dishwasher, and a full size refrigerator. TV. The second bath features a whirlpool jetted tub. This unit is designed to sleep up to 4 people

When you book a room or condo with Waterville Valley Resort, a complimentary Freedom Pass is included with your stay. Every day you stay with us, you and your whole family can try one or all of our numerous summer activities. There’s nothing else like it out there, so come and have fun.
In addition to all the great activities below, the Freedom Pass also gives you unlimited access to the Waterville Valley Trolley. The trolley gets you to where you need to be when you stay with us - making it even easier to try out all of the activities included in the Freedom Pass
